Work shall include the removal of all tennis nets and standards, resurfacting the entire playing court areas and the painting of lines for hockey for two courts. Additional work shall include the removal of the exterior perimeter fence and the installation of new fence to match the existing layout, four aluminum players benches with a dividing fence between the two courts with the installation of a 4' high exterior plywood board system around the base of the perimeter fence around court "A" only. The solicitation is unrestricted -- open to large and small business concerns. The performance period shall be 30 days after contract award. This will be a firm-fixed price contract utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). The estimated cost range for this procurement is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00.
