Naval Aviation System Command anticipates a contract with McDonnell Douglas Corporation for Navigation Studies for the F/A-18 E/F Aircraft Weapon System. It is anticipated that the award will be made via a delivery order to an existing basic ordering agreement. Two studies will be performed under this effort, the APN-202 portion will be accomplished in two separate, independent phases. Phase I for the study and evaluation of technology; Phase II for the acquisition phase to solicit and evaluate official proposals from industry. The UNAV study will be completed in two separate phases also, Phase for the study to define integrated capabilities; Phase II for the acquisition phase to solicit and evaluate official proposals from industry.
