Program elements must include compatibility with both DOT and ASME Code requirements use of advanced engineering methodologies such as elastic-plastic finite element analysis, and evaluation of cost and manufacturing implications. This project is the final phase of a three phase project of which Pressure Sciences, Inc performed the first two phases. Pressure Sciences is uniquely qualified to complete this project and therefore they are the only available source. This is a simplified acquisition and the anticipated award date is August 30, 1999.
