The contract shalll be for an initial term from October 1, 1999 thru Sept 30, 2000 with a Government option to extend the term for (4) additional one year periods. The contract shall include full service and repair, preventive maintenance and parts replacement. Repairs shall be performed by a manufactuer trained technician. Contractor shall have access to original equipment manufacturers (OEM) parts, manuals, and schematics. This procurement is open to both small and large business participation.
