Contract time 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday; 3) Computer resource listings based on individual needs, and printed support material and child- and elder care selection, provider contracts, and tax/subsidy considerations for each family member, as necessary; 4) Follow-up calls to employee by the counselor during the selection process; 5) Assistance to the responsible employer department to establish the program. This will include on-site training and promotional materials for in-house communication, as necessary; 6) A semi-annual utilization and evaluation report for each service; 7) Liability insurance protection for resource and referral services.
