Existing wood double hung single pane windows will be removed. New thermopane windows will be installed. Building is three (3) story and will be occupied during replacement.Contemplated issue date is 8/27/99 with an approximate bid opening date of 9/24/99. The cost range is $250,000 to $500,000.
