(ii) Solicitation F44600-99-T0599, F44600-99-T0600, F44600-99-T0601 is issued as a Request for Quote. Quotes are requested and a written RFQ will not be issued. (iii) The solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition circular (FAC) 97-06 and Defense Acquisition Circular 91-13. It is the contractor responsibility to be familiar with all-applicable clauses and provisions. (iv) This acquisitionwill be 100% Small Business set aside, the Standard Industrial Classified Code is 3446. (v) The 1st Civil Engineering Squadron has a requirement for (321) each Estate A Metal Fence, 8_ Wide, Fence Panel 6_ High, (321) each Estate A Metal Posts, 9_ Long and (8) sets Rod Iron Gates, 30_ Wide, Style R-1, with Pressed Pointed Tops with 3 Horizontal Rails. (vi) The following requirements applicable are: Manufacture name: Monumental Iron Works (no substitute), (vii) Delivery: Date of delivery is 6 weeks after receipt of order. Place of Delivery and Acceptance is for (321) Estate A Fence, (321) Estate A Fence Posts and to be delivered FOB Destination to 37 Sweeney Blvd., Room 149, AFB, VA. Warranty: The contractor or manufacturer standard commercial warranty shall apply. Unless otherwise specified in the purchase order, the supplier is responsible for the performance of all inspection requirements Quality Control.
