The National Weather Service, NEXRAD Operational Support Facility (OSF) in Norman, OK requires delivery of an off-the-shelf digital receiver test asset for the Next Generation Weather Radar (NEXRAD-WSR-88D). Installation/integration and training services at the facility are also required. This project is managed by a tri-agency containing DOC, DOD and DOT. The only known source to provide this service is the Sigmet Radar Data Systems, Woodland Park, 2 Park Drive, Suite 1, Westford, MA 01886. Therefore, the government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability by submitting detailed information concerning their capability to provide this service under RFQ # NWWG4200900540PW.
