Intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Instrumentation Technology Systems (ITS), for the following: (100 EA) Video Coordinator Digitizer (VCD), Model 6100; (100 EA) Control Sets, Model 6114; (100 EA) Global Positioning System, Model 6114G. Will be used to provide the Weapons Impact Scoring Set (WISS) Version 4 System with the ability to record and score live firing of bombs on Navy and Air Force Training Ranges. ITS is the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) of the VCD. It must be form, fit, operationally and electrically compatible to the existing WISS equipment in order to maintain configuration management for interfacing.
