boyd.greene@occ.treas.gov. GENERAL: The Comptroller of the Currency
requires a qualified telecommunications company to provide a voice
recording system including maintenance and support services for the
Agency's Customer Assistance Group (CAG) in Houston, TX. The agency
requires a system that will be able to record both sides of telephone
conversations across multiple lines, and replay conversations for
quality assurance purposes. The OCC will provide a detailed description
of requirements and performance expectations including an equipment
list in the solicitation package. The OCC anticipates holding a site
visit session shortly after the issuance of the solicitation. MINIMUM
REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE: 1. Must be a plug-in solution, NEC approved for
use with the NEAX 2400 ICS; 2. No PBX system modifications will be
allowed; 3. No handset modifications will be allowed (DTERM III). 4.
Must provide detailed activity reports available via existing LAN
access; 5. Must be capable of high density recording on magneto optical
media; 6. Mustbe capable of remote monitoring and playback via dialup
line or via LAN access. 7. Must have online backup or mirror imaging
capability; 8. Must provide onsite maintenance; 9. Must provide
software that can depict recorded audio in a graphic format; 10. Must
provide software that can tag or mark individual conversations on
archive for later recall; 11. Must be able to sustain and automatically
recover from loss of power, with or without an uninterruptable power
supply; 12. Must run on a standard PC system similar to those currently
in use at the Agency and be complete with operating software and
applications software as described above; and 13. On-going maintenance
and support. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: The OCC anticipates a base year
with four one-year options. SOLICITATION: The OCC anticipates issuing
