The Single Family Real Estate Owned Division of the HUD Philadelphia Homeownership Center is seeking the services of a closing agent to conduct settlements on HUD-owned properties located in Southern New Jersey within the following areas: (1) City of Camden & Counties of Burlington, Camden, Gloucester & Mercer; and (2) Counties of Atlantic, Cape May, Cumberland, Ocean and Salem. The contractor must maintain facilities which provide reasonably convenient service to HUD and its clients in the area(s) to be served. The contract shall be for a one year period with a possible extension of two additional one year periods. This requirement is being solicited on an unrestricted basis; all responsible bidders will be considered. The Invitation For Bid (IFB) will be available on or about 9/8/99. Requests for the IFB MUST be made in writing and may be submitted via facsimile at (215)656-3453.
