The Single Family Real Estate Owned Division of the HUD Philadelphia Homeownership Center is seeking the services of a closing agent to conduct settlements on HUD-owned properties located in the following areas: (1) State of Delaware; (2) Philadelphia (City/County); (3) Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Montgomery (PA Counties); (4) Cumberland, Lebanon, Dauphin, York, Lancaster (PA Counties); (5) Lehigh, Northampton, Carbon, Berks (PA Counties); and (6) Clinton, Columbia, Franklin, Luzerne, Lycoming, Lackawanna, Mifflin, Northumberland, Perry, Schuylkill, Wyoming (PA Counties). The contractor must maintain facilities which provide reasonably convenient service to HUD and its clients in the area(s) to be served. The contract shall be for a one year period with a possible extension of two additional one year periods. This requirement is being solicited on an unrestricted basis; all responsible bidders will be considered. The Invitation For Bid (IFB) will be available on or about 9/7/99.
