The Library of Congress intends to issue a delivery order against an existing Basic Ordering Agreement for a subscription with The Library Corporation for the use and access of their database by Whiteman Air Force Base, 509 SVS/SVF, Whiteman AFB, MO. The Library Corporation offers CD-ROM based databases, public access catalog (PAC), and cataloging/retrieval software that may be used on any IBM PC or compatible microcomputer and international standard CD-ROM drive. The cataloging software is included on each database CD and is also available as software only. The Service will be continued through September 30, 1999.
