The systems shall be designed so there is minimal disturbance to the walls, ceilings, features, and finishes of the historic building. The site of the work is at the D.C. Booth National Fish Hatchery, Spearfish, South Dakota. The Government Estimate is between $25,000 and $100,000. This project is open to both large and small businesses. Factors which will be used in determining basis for award include: Suitability of alarm systems components and layout protecting the historic integrity of the building, equipment warranties, contractor past performance, and price.
