This is a combined Synopsis/Solicitation for a Communicator Automated Emergency Notification System to provide instantaneous and real-time massive mobilization notification response in the event of war or any other national emergency. Services Non-Personal: To furnish all tools, materials, and transportation necessary to provide: 1 each Phone Line Expansion (up to 24 ports); 20 each Scenario Database Expansion; 1 each Position/On-Call Position Call Lists; 1 each paging Capabilities (Digital and ALPHA); 1 each Standby Control List; 1 each Multiple Data Terminal Access; 1 each Network Version Programming; 1 each Network User per Seat Programming; 3 each Talker Cards for 12 Telephone Ports; and 1 each Installation and Training.
