This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; request for quotes is being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is for the purchase of F-SECURE SSH Software and support. The solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition circular (FAC) 97-06 and Defense Acquisition Circular 91-13. It is the contractor responsibility to be familiar with all-applicable clauses and provisions. This acquisition will be 100% Small Business set aside. The Government will award a Purchase Order resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror that is most advantageous to the government. The following factors will be evaluated: price, past performance and delivery schedule in compliance with the requirements of this solicitation all the referenced clauses with price being the most significant factor.
