The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) has a requirement for COMMERCIAL services to provide financial advisory assistance to oversee the financial status of three projects and associated Federal credit instruments. These projects,which are in Southern California, are the Transportation Corridor Agencies (TCA) in connection with the San Joaquin Hills Toll Road, Eastern/Foothills Toll Road, and Alameda Corridor Transportation Authority (ACTA). Some of the services required include assisting the FHWA California Division Office in monitoring the projects, as well as attending board meetings, monitoring news media and public meetings, administering relevant financial provisions of loan, and analyzing cash flow projects. The standard industrial classification code (SIC) is 8748 and the small business size is $5 million. This requirement is 100% Small Business Set-Aside.
