Seattle, Washington area is hereby modified to correct the closing date
to November 19, 1999, 2:00p.m. and to include the following geographic
restrictions for the Greater Seattle, Washington area: North: On it's
Northern border, this district would be defined by Lake Forest Park
and Snohomish/King County lines; South: On it's Southern border, this
district would be defined by the city of Auburn and Pierce/King County
lines; East: On it's Eastern border, this distrct would be defined by
Highway 18 and Highway 203; and West: On it's Western border, this
district would be defined by Puget Sound. Offerors who wish to bid on
both line items, technical proposals must address both line items and
prices must be provided for both line items in the business proposal.
