28 -- AH-64A APU CLUTCH ASSEMBLIES This synopsis is for information purposed only. The Government proposed to acacquire on a sole source basis 34 each AH-64A APU servicable clutch assemblies. In exchange, the Government will provide Allied Signal Aerospace 10 each unserviceable AH-64A APU clutch assemblies inpayment of the items acquired. The authority for this is 40 U.S.C. 481(c).
