The Defense Finance and Accounting Service, Denver Center, intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Bell & Howell to provide on-site repair and full service preventive maintenance for a Bell & Howell mailroom equipment to include Inserter, Model # AIM and a Bell & Howell Top Sheet Feeder, Model # 0028321. All maintenance and repair shall be in accordance with manufacturer's specifications. This award will be made using Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
