Enlarge helipad by adding 2' to the South and East sides of existing pad for placement of new lighting base cans. Extend new helipad to an over all size of 75' wide to the West and 100' long to the North. Excavation will be cut at a level to allow for placement of 4" of compacted stone and 8" of 3500 PSI concrete. Install welded wire fabric within new slab. Demo existing light fixtures. Install new lights as follows: Elevated Runway Lights (ELR). Other work includes electrical connections, water blast equipment, marking/striping, painting letters and reflective media/markings. The period of performance is 120 calendar days. Range for this project is $25,000 to $100,000. This acquisition is issued pursuant to the "Small Business Opportunity Development Reform Act of 1988" and subsequent award will be subject to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program, therefore, this solicitation is Unrestricted. For the purpose of determining Small Business size, SIC 1771 for t his acquisition the average annual receipts of concern, and its affiliates for the preceding three fiscal yea4rs must not exceed $17 million.
