The data sought will be reviewed with the assistance of the National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA), a non-Government organization. Information received will be provided to the NDIA Study Team Coordinator, United Defense, L.P., and will be disseminated among NDIA members. Accordingly, respondees should ensure that appropriate non-disclosure agreements have been executed with United Defense. Responses should be sent directly to russell_schuler@udlp.com. Additionally, NDIA is going to consider all aspects of Surface Warfare as it pertains to Force Protection of platforms threatened by hostile forces in the 0-10 Nm range.
