The General Services Administration (GSA) through the Department of Defense (DOD) has authorized the U.S. Army to sell or exchange non-excess property. The Government's intent is to receive sealed bids for the non-excess aircraft. The Government intends to award a contract for each of the four lots of aircraft described above. Award of each lot will be made to the bidder who offers the highest bid in U.S. dollars for that lot. Bidders may bid on more than one lot but must bid on each lot separately. The Government will not accept bids that group two or more lots together into one bid. The Government reserves the right to reject any bids it deems unreasonable. The Government provided an aircraft inspection that included all logbooks/records to prospective bidders during the period 19-23 July and 26-30 July 1999 at Henry Post Army Airfield (FSI), Fort Sill, Oklahoma.
