This is Amendment No. Three to RFP 16-95CV-99. Previous synosis notices appeared on 7/30/99, 8/19/99, and 8/23/99 (12:54). The following questions have been received in response to these notices: 1. In the 8/19/99 CBDNet "addendum", Item 8 refers to the future scrubber. Is it your desire to include as part of this bid, the tee and cap or will these items be part of any future scrubber installation? Please clarify. RESPONSE: It is our desire to have the tee and cap included in this solicitation. 2. Additionally, item 10 states that the slab is outdoors. We assume that there is no vertical obstructions above the slab. Is this correct? RESPONSE: Please see Amendment No. Two which was posted in the CBD on 8/23/99 (12:54). Also, why in item 9 do you require a roof penetration kit? RESPONSE: The roof penetration kit is needed when Government personnel install the roof over the new incinerator.
