The proposed purchase order is 100% set-aside for Small Business concerns with a Size Standard of 500 employees. Evaluation is based on best value including cost and ability to meet stated requirements. Tentative issue date for RFQ is on or about August 31, 1999. A firm fixed priced purchase order will be issued. Anticipated award will be on or about September 15, 1999.
