The Navy intends to negotiate a firm-fixed price indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract on a sole source basis to Ashbury International Group, PO Box 885, Sterling, VA 20167-0885. This requirement is for Precision Intelligent Targeting Systems, Viper p/n 664719V. The quantity required is a minimum of 54 each and a maximum of 225 each. The period of performance for the IDIQ contract is 5 years. This procurement will be conducted on a sole-source basis in accordance with the statutory authority 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. SIC 3812 and size 750 employees. Delivery is to begin 120 days from date of order award with monthly deliveries thereafter of 50 each. Initial inspection shall be at source with final inspection and acceptance at destination.
