The Social Security Administration (SSA) has a requirement for a network-based services solution to replace the existing Automatic Call Distributor (ACD) network, located in SSA Teleservice Centers located throughout the United States, including Hawaii and Puerto Rico. Solicitation Number SSA-RFP-00-3929 is expected to be released on or about September 13, 1999. Responses will be due 45 days after the issue date of the solicitation. A firm-fixed- price contract with a 10-year contract life (base term of 1 year plus nine 1-year options) is anticipated.
