The required delivery date is 4 EA -- Apr 2000, 8 EA -- Jul 2000, 6 EA -- Oct 2000 and 8 EA -- Feb 2001. This is a USAF and Foreign military sales requirement. Information submitted electronically is insecure and could be observed by a third party while in transit The proposed contract action is for supplies/services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b) and AFFARS 5313.106-1(a)(4). This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within 30 days after publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
