The only known past qualified producer is Bose Corporation. Lack of sufficient detailed technical data for the manufacture, test, and item acceptance of this Ear-Cup and Cable Assembly. > Source must be able to deliver to location the entire quantity(800) within three(3) months or sooner after contract award. Suppliers capable of furnishing this item must so indicate by writing to: Commander, CECOM, Attn: AMSEL-LC-COM-R-VI, Fort Monmouth, New Jersey 07703-5023. The response must include documentation (e.g. test results, copy of purchase order (if the supplier was a vendor to the previous source (Bose Corp.)), or a statement from the previous source that the supplier can, in fact, supply the Ear-Cup and Cable Assembly that will be form, fit, physically, and functionally interchangeable with the Ear-Cup and Cable Assembly from the previously known supplier (Bose Corp.)).
