This synopsis/solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-12 and Defense Acquisition Circular 91-13. The Standard Industrial Classification Code for this procurement is 3827. The requirement is for 172 each rail grabber kits for the AN/PVS-12 Night Vision Sight, part number 39106609. The required delivery date is:120 days after award. The award will be a firm fixed price contract and will be awarded utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This is a sole source procurement to Litton EOS, 10420 Miller Road, Dallas TX, in accordance with FAR 6.302-1(a). Shippingterms will be FOB destination with delivery to NSWC Crane IN.
