All interested parties must visit the VA Headquarters (Main) Internet site at http://www.va.gov/oa&;mm/busopp.htm to download the solicitation and all other related documents. Offerors may also visit the VA-CCA Internet site, however, some documents may only be found at the VA Headquarters Internet site. 2. The government amended the solicitation to include all medical facilities in VISN 21. The following sites are now included: San Francisco, CA; Livermore, CA; Martinez, CA; Palo Alto, CA; Fresno, CA; and Reno, NV. 3. All prices for items in group A. are to include delivery and set-up. The delivery price in Group B. is only for pick-up and delivery of VA owned (used) equipment. This is for the recovery of equipment that the veteran no longer needs, or delivery of refurbished equipment that is stored at the contractor's warehouse. This is a flat rate within 50 miles of the VA facilityor UPS charge plus packing fee. If delivery is outside 50 miles then it would be the standard rate plus a mileage fee. 4.
