This purchase order is being issued to Malvern Instruments Inc. because the EPCS Real-Time Particle Size Analyzer contains proprietary multiple scattering algorithm the they own.. The patented technique used in the TESS Particle Volume Monitor is owned by Malvern Instruments Inc, both units are designed to be operated at elevated temperature and pressure. This request is considered to be sole source to Malvern Instruments Inc. Therefore, no solicitation will result from this announcement.
