The sample cap to be provided with the proposal for evaluation does not need to have the Air Force Reserve logo on it; any logo that is representative of the quality of work that will be used if the contractor is awarded the contract can be used. This applies to the sample cap only and does not apply to the first article cap to be delivered after award. The first article cap must have the specified logo.
