The Alpena Combat Readiness Training Center is soliciting interested bidders for the purchase and installation of various trees to be installed and maintained for one year at the site. The range of this project is between 25- 100,000 dollars. The standard industrial classification for this project is: 0181 and is 100% set-aside for small business with preference for certified Hub Zone businesses. This is a combined synopisis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation subpart 12.6 as suplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation NR DAHA2099T9150 is issued under request for quotation proceedures. This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition circular 97-11. WARRANTY: The contractor shall warrant work on this project against deffects for a period of one year from date of final acceptance of work. PAYMENT SCHEDULE: The government will retain 15% of the total amount of the contract for maintenance and warranty. the contractor will be paid half of this 15% at the mid-term of the warranty period.
