itemsprepared in accordance with the format in the FAR Subpart 12.6, as
supplemented with additional formation included in this notice. This
announcement constitutes the only solicitation/proposals are being
requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This

delivery of empty cylinders by the Contractor. The Government reserves
the right to award on an All-or-None basis. Contractor must be located
within a 150-mile radius of the Gulfport, Mississippi laboratory. Each
cylinder must be 244 cubic feet. Cylinders must comply with Department
of Transportation specifications and OSHA requirements. Emergency
orders: Leaks and malfunctions of instrumentations require delivery
within 12-hours after notification by the ordering office. The BASE
CONTRACT PERIOD is from October 1, 1999 through September 30, 2000. The
OPTION PERIOD is from October 1, 2000 through September 30, 2001. -- --
