Provide field surveillance sevices in conjunction with the general constuction of Cannon AFB Project No CZQZ98-0012, Repair Roof -- Supply Maintenance Warehouse [Bldg 160] Field Representative shall function as professional advisor to the Government and perform extensive on-site observation as necessatty to: (1) Determine compliance with project design requirements and intent. (2) Ensure protection against defects and discrepancies in the work. (3) Maintain familiarity with the work in progress. Surveillance of work includes but not limited to: (1) Demolition of cupola structures. (2) Installation of new metal roofing system at cupola locations. (3) Installation of new liquid applied elastomeric coating. (4) Removal and reinstallation of lightning protection system. (5) Repair/replacement of interior ceiling and wall finishes.
