developing a Corridor Management Plan for the Sawtooth Scenic Byway.
The Sawtooth Scenic Byway is a 116 mile section of State Highway 75
from Shoshone to Stanley, Idaho; traversing portions of Lincoln, Blain
and Custer Counties. The selected contractor will complete the
Corridor Management Plan as required for scenic byways proposed for
national designation. The plan should provide for both the conservation
and enhancement strategy to balance these concerns while providing for
the users' enjoyment of the byway. The Corridor Management Plan will
identify and evaluate the numerous resources within the corridor and
develop strategies to balance the protection, enhancement,
interpretation, and development of this scenic byway. With multiple
jurisdictions and interests along the byway for recreation, tourism
access and commercial transportation, the planning process must include
