The awarded contractor shall maintain elevators, equipment, appurtences and accessories to comply with the requirement of the latest edition of the American National Standards Code for Elevators and Escalators A17. The sucessful contractor will be responsible for providing service for ten (two -- four floor) elevators on a scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and repairs as necessary, on a 24-hour a day, 365 day a year basis, including emergency call-back service. The award of this contract will consist of a base year and four option years.
