The U.S. Military Academy, West Point, New York has a requirement for On-Site Preventive and Remedial Maintenance for (4) NCR 3455 Servers and (15) NCR 133MHz Pentium CPU at West Point, New York. The objective of this synopsis is to identify small business sources who can provide all personnel, test equipment, tools, materials, diagnostic program, repair parts, transportation, and supervision necessary to coordinate, plan, and perform on-site unlimited number of calls for remedial maintenance during the principle period of maintenance (PPM) from 0800 to 1700, Monday through Friday, provide preventive maintenance services, toll-free technical support, and keep all equipment functioning according to the Original Equipment Manufacturer's (OEM) specification. A four (4) hour response time will be required for all calls during the PPM. The system must have 100% availability after maintenance is performed.
