The Aberdeen Area Indian Health Service proposes to award a Firm Fixed-Price, Non-Personal Health Care Service Contract for Ophthalmology services at the Rosebud PHS, IHS Hospital, Soldier Creek Road, Rosebud, South Dakota 57570, Attn: Optometry Clinic. The contractor shall be a Board Certified Ophthalmologist and shall comply with the medical staff rules, regulations and by laws related to clinical practice as promulgated by the Clinical Director of the Rosebud PHS, IHS Hospital and the National Standards of the Ophthalmology specialty. The frequency of contact days shall be determined by need as directed by the Chief of Optometry, but is anticipated to be one day monthly throughout the year.
