This procurement shall be processed in accordance with the Simplified Acquisition Procedures in Part 13 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations. The purpose of this procurement is to support activities directly related to a National Dental Public Health Resident's Workshop. The contractor shall: assemble a workshop planning committee; arrange the logistics for the workshop; arrange all correspondence and materials for the workshop; conduct the workshop; and submit a final report of the project. The American Association of Public Health Dentistry is deemed the only responsible source capable of providing the required work and services. The period of performance is one year.
