This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is F64133-99-QA001, and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). Request for Quotation (RFQ) to provide all parts, labor, material, equipment and transportation to provide Sports Officiating Services at Andersen AFB, Guam for the period of 1 OCT 1999 -- 30 SEP 2000 as specified in the Statement of Work. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect as of Federal Acquisition Circular 97-12. This requirement is a total Small Business set aside. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code is 7999, and the small business size standard is $5.0 mil. The solicitation will be written in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 for Acquisition of Commercial Items.
