ALCOHOLISM PROGRAM AT THE SIOUX SAN HOSPITAL, RAPID CITY, SOUTH DAKOTA 57702 The Aberdeen Area Indian Health Service is announcing a Sole-Source, Buy-Indian Set-Aside, Firm Fixed-Price Non-Personal Service Contract acquisition award to the Oglala Sioux Tribe for the continued provision of quality health services in alcoholism services without interruption to Native American people living on or near the Rapid City, Pennington County area of Rapid City, SD. The Oglala Sioux Tribe will assume the management of the above services with a high level of accountability while alleviating funding at administrative levels that can be redirected toward quality health services for all individuals of Native American ancestry residing within the Rapid City Service Area. The period of performance will be for October 1, 1999 through September 30, 2000. This announcement is Set-Aside as sole-source, FAR Subpart 6.302-1 and Set-Aside as Buy-Indian in accordance to 25 USC 47.
