On September 9, 1999, General Services Administration is participating in a conference in Dallas, Texas. The Dallas Regional Minority Enterprise Development Week "99, (MED Week) will be conducted at The Crescent Court Hotel, 400 Crescent Court, Dallas, Texas. One of the purposes of this event is to expand procurement opportunities for Small, Minority and Women-Owned Businesses. General Services Administration will offer low-dollar value requirements for on-the-spot competition. The conference will run from 7:00 A.M. to 3:30 P.M. All times CST.
