OBSTETRICAL AND GYNECOLOGICAL AND HIGH RISK OBSTETRICAL/GYNECOLOGICAL PROGRAMS AT THE SIOUX SAN HOSPITAL, RAPID CITY, SD. The Aberdeen Area Indian Health Service is announcing a Sole-Source, Buy-Indian Set-Aside, Firm Fixed-Price Non-Personal Service Contract acquisition award to the Oglala Sioux Tribe for the continued provision of quality health services in Obstetrics/Gynecology (OB/GYN) services without interruption to Native American people living on or near the Rapid City, Pennington County area of Rapid City, SD. The Oglala Sioux Tribe will assume the management of the above services with a high level of accountability while alleviating funding at administrative levels that can be redirected toward quality health services for all individuals of Native American ancestry residing within the Rapid City Service Area. The period of performance will be for October 1, 1999 through September 30, 2000.
