This is a sources sought notice. Solicitation issue is not expected to occur until at least o/a 29 Nov 99 and will be available exclusively on the Electronic Posting System (EPS) at http://www.eps.gov. The solicitation will consist of both A-76 and Non A-76 grounds maintenance services. An A-76 cost comparison study will be accomplished on only those A-76 grounds maintenance requirements that are presently being performed by government personnel. The acquisition will be accomplished as a Commercial Item in accordance with FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 15 Contracting by Negotiation. Offers will be evaluated utilizing Performance-Price Trade-Off with Technical Factors. The solicitation may be restricted to HUBZone Small Business concerns if a sufficient number of HUBZone offerors are identified.
