This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in the notice. Services Non-Personal; to provide all labor, equipment, material and transportation required to furnish portable latrines for Scott AFB, IL. Service period 1 Oct 99 -- 30 Sep 00. This is a fiscal year 2000 requirement which means a contract will be awarded based on availability of funding. The solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition circular (FAC) 97-06 and Defense Acquisition Circular 91-13. It is the contractor responsibility to be familiar with all-applicable clauses and provisions. (iv) This acquisition will be 100% Small Business set aside.
