C-53, deck shall be constructucted of CCA 40 pressured treated lumber. The contractor shall also supply and install a 20' Gazebo. Contractor shall install 30' x 30' concrete pad to be used as a basketball court and brick barbecue grill. The grill shall be 7' O.D. length and 24" O.D. deep. This proposed procurement is 100% set aside for Small Business concerns. The SIC code for this procurement is 1542. The size standard is 17.0 million. The estimated range for this project is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. All prospective contractors who wish to quote on this job must be registered in the Contractor Central Registration (CCR), lack of registration in database will make an offeror ineligable for award.
