consists of providing all labor, supplies, material, supervision,
transportation, equipment, and all else necessary to design, furnish,
and install an approved designed layout of an _Ordinary Hazard_, Wet
Pipe Fire Protection Sprinkler System for a K-Span hangar
(approximately 9,000 SF) located at Indian Springs Air Force Auxiliary
Field NV. The estimated dollar value of this project is between
$25,000 and $100,000 with a performance period of 45 calendar days. The
applicable SIC for this acquisition is 1711 with a three-year average
annual small business size standard of $7 million and half that amount
for emerging small business firms. The proposed contract listed here
is restricted to emerging small business (ESB) firms; if sufficient ESB
firms do not reply, the solicitation will be issued as unrestricted
without further notice. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be
electronically issued o/a 10 Sep 1999 on the Government_s EPS
(Electronic Posting System, http://www.eps.gov). PAPER COPIES WILL NOT
BE AVAILABLE. A site visit has been schedule for o/a 15 Sept 99. The
due date for offers will be o/a 21 Sep 1999. To be placed on the Nellis
Planholders List, prospective contractors must provide the following
information to the government_s point of contact listed below: (1) the
company name; (2) point of contact; (3) phone and FAX numbers; (4)
e-mail address; (5) street address with 9-digit zip code; (6) their
size status; and (7) whether they intend to bid as the prime, a
subcontractor, or a supplier. The compiled list will be posted on the
EPS site to facilitate subcontracting opportunities. NOTE: Any
prospective contractor must be registered in the Central Contract
Registration (CCR) in order to be eligible for award. Registration
requires applicants to have a DUNS number. Registering may take up to
3 weeks to process. Contractors may access the CCR at
http://ccr.edi.disa.mil. Recommend registering immediately in order to
