Work consists of providing all labor, supplies, material, supervision, transportation, equipment, and all else necessary to design, furnish, and install an approved designed layout of an _Ordinary Hazard_, Wet Pipe Fire Protection Sprinkler System for a K-Span hangar (approximately 9,000 SF) located at Indian Springs Air Force Auxiliary Field NV. The estimated dollar value of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000 with a performance period of 45 calendar days. The applicable SIC for this acquisition is 1711 with a three-year average annual small business size standard of $7 million and half that amount for emerging small business firms. The proposed contract listed here is restricted to emerging small business (ESB) firms; if sufficient ESB firms do not reply, the solicitation will be issued as unrestricted without further notice.
