Z -- RELACEMENT OF METAL ROOF SOL IFB 138- POC Curtis Courtney, Contracting Officer, (606) 253-8889 Pre-solicitation notice. The Federal Bureau of Prisons, United States Penitentiary Terre Haute, Indiana, has a requirement for all labor, tools, and material to remove an existing storage building metal roof and install a new metal roof of approximately 4182 square feet. The new roof shall consist of 22 gauge galvanized corrugated metal. The contractor shall have 3 years minnimum experience in installing metal roofing and be certified by the roofing manufacturer. The contractor is responsible for delivery of a minnimum 10 year warranty from the manufacturer to USP Terre Haute. A completion date has not yet been established. The value of this project is $25,000 -- $100,000. It is anticipated solicitations will be mailed out approximately 09/10/99. Requests for copies should be submitted by 09/10/99.
